7D Cycle

At first I did not realize that the 7D Cycle was a cycle that was continues, and also that it encompasses so much. For the purpose of this class I really think that we should focus on mainly getting things started and focus on the first three sections or four sections. I hope that we are going to keep in mind building the future of Organizational Consulting at school. I think that we need to focus on the right strategy and get things set off in the right direction.

I hope that every one remembers that we need to avoid a scope creep and that we keep a balanced score card as we finish getting every thing ready. I am excited to learn more about balanced score card and having it applied to our class.
